Our office is currently in-network with most Delta Dental, Cigna, Humana, GEHA, and United Healthcare PPO plans. If your insurance is not on this list, please call our office or your insurance carrier to confirm. Please keep in mind that policies vary greatly and we ask that our patients consult with their insurance providers to understand their plan benefits.

If you do not have any insurance, we offer a 5% discount if paid at the time of service with cash or check. We also offer a 10% senior citizen discount for those age 65+ if paid at the time of service with cash or check. We do not currently offer any in office payment plans.
